• Early Registration Deadline: July 15^th, 2016
• Late Registration until August 25^th, 2016 (limited number of participants)

Registration Fee (Lunches and Dinner at the 25th are included) :

• Early Registration: 275€ (Student 200€; Student status document required)
• Late Registration: 325€ (Student 250€)
• Abstract Submission Deadline: June 1^st, 2016

Cancellation policy

• Cancellations must be done in writing to the congress secretariat. Send your cancellation to b.beukenkamp@erasmusmc.nl
• Cancellations made before July 25^th: the reimbursement will be the total amount of registration fee minus administrative charges of €50,-
• Cancellations made before August 15^th: the reimbursement will be 50% of the total amount of registration fee
• Cancellations after August 15^th: no reimbursement will be made
